Order-request status
Submitting the form creates a request for manual review. It does not reserve stock, create an accepted sale, guarantee delivery or charge a payment method. A contract is formed only after promotional allocation and delivery terms are confirmed and the request is expressly accepted through an official Palfu route.
Review time
Due to customer volume, review may take up to 48 hours. This is an operational estimate rather than a guaranteed response time. Confirmation and next steps will be sent to the email address provided.
Customer information
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact and shipping details. The broad crypto-experience and USD-range answers are used only to understand customer needs. They do not change priority, constitute financial advice or confirm suitability for any financial product.
Launch promotion
The displayed crossed amount is the device reference price. The current promotional device price is $0 USD for an approved limited launch allocation. Submitting multiple requests or choosing a quantity does not guarantee allocation. Any applicable shipping cost, tax or import duty must be disclosed before acceptance; if you do not agree, you may decline the next step.
Products and availability
Product visuals and specifications may change before acceptance. Promotional allocation, supported assets, regional availability, delivery terms, warranty information, returns rights and independent security evidence must be reviewed when provided.
No payment today
The request form does not collect card, bank or crypto payment information. Do not send funds until an official Palfu confirmation provides a verifiable next step.
Wallet security
Never enter or send a seed phrase, private key, recovery file, wallet address for “verification”, or remote access credentials. Recovery material must remain private and offline.
Cancellation and correction
Before acceptance, you may ask for an order request to be corrected or cancelled through the official Palfu support route. Include the request reference but never include wallet secrets.
